As a women-owned, family-run, small business, we specialize in providing full inspections, maintenance, annual tune-ups, and installations of Duraflex Diving Boards and Stands. NIKKI VENTURA
Owner
Nikki has been a part of Devise Diving since its inception. She has played an integral role in establishing and supporting the professionalism and excellence experienced by our customer base as it is today.
While not a diver herself, Nikki has been involved in the diving community for nearly 9 years. Her place within the community has changed over time and now includes owning and operating a company whose innovative platform is looking to change the world of diving.
Nikki is a wife and mother, as well as a practicing occupational therapist. She grew up in the state of Montana and moved back to the midwest to pursue a higher education at Eastern Michigan University. This is where she met her husband, Matt Ventura, and the ball got rolling.
Nikki has been involved in all aspects of the business, from diving board maintenance to administration, she is well versed and eager to help our customers meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
MATT VENTURA
CEO, Lead Technician
Matt is truly the face of Devise Diving and could likely serve as the world's biggest fan of the sport. He began his diving career late, starting only as a senior in high school but worked his way onto the team at Eastern Michigan University. He quickly fell in love with the sport and has been looking for ways to make an impact and give back to the community that changed his life ever since.
Matt has coached diving at Legacy Dive Club out of Eastern Michigan University and most recently Ohio State Dive Club. During his time coaching, Devise Diving was a passion that he began on the side with ambition to make it something more. He now pursues Devise Diving full time and spends his down time with his wife and daughter.
Matt's passion for diving and for the work he does is contagious. He inspires those within the team and the clients he works with to constantly improve and expand the sport of diving and make the experience for athletes and coaches memorable.
PETER RUSENAS
Illinois Lead Technician
Peter is no stranger when it comes to the sound of a good diving board.
Starting his diving career at the age of 6 with the River Rats out of IRSC, Peter continued diving with DuPage Diving Academy and ended his 13 year career at Eastern Michigan University.
When Peter is not servicing diving boards around the country, he enjoys coaching the sport of diving and teaching the youth. Formerly a coach for Legacy Dive Club out of Eastern Michigan University, Peter now coaches with Evanston Dive Club out of Northwestern University.
Peter loves his work with the team at Devise Diving but his favorite part is helping facilities gain peace of mind about the quality and safety of their equipment.
Peter takes great ownership in his work and never leaves a job site unfinished. He cares greatly about each facility he services and the diving community at large.
Peter has been with Devise Diving since 2016. He is located out of Naperville, IL and oversees maintenance for the Midwest Region.
