Board Refinishing

Board Refinishing
Better traction. Better safety. Better Performance. Our signature board refinishing service goes beyond restoration as our process yields a higher Coefficient of Friction (COF) than a brand new board. And for a fraction of the cost. We erase years of wear before applying a premium two-part polysiloxane coating integrated with our own silica-sand non-slip texture that exceeds American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
As part of Devise Diving’s Board Refinishing service, we:
Remove the board and mounting hardware.
Prep the board for optimal coating adhesion.
Paint with a premium two-part polysiloxane (epoxy) coating that stands up to UV and weather exposure, protects against corrosion, and repels water.
Integrate a non-slip texture using our own blend of silica-sands.
Cure the board to ensure maximum adhesion and durability.
Replace grip on anchor fitting.
Deliver and reinstall the board.
