We carefully dismantle and remove the existing structure, inspect and clean all components, and reassemble the system with the same precision as a new install.
As part of Devise Diving’s Full Reinstallation service, we:
Safely remove the diving board, guardrails, and other components, carefully disassembling the structure.
Inspect all components, including anchors, bolts, and stands, to assess wear or damage, replacing any necessary parts.
Drill new anchor holes and install fresh stainless steel threaded rods or inserts with Hilti HIT-RE 500 v3 epoxy, ensuring a secure foundation.
Precisely align and level the stands, adjusting for a perfectly balanced and stable setup.
Secure stand to all anchors using manufacturer specifications.
Reassemble the stand and diving board, fastening all components to the new anchors.
Install and tune the diving board, ensuring all components are securely fastened and aligned with the stand.
Perform a thorough inspection and test to confirm that the setup is safe, secure, and ready for use.
